Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Latitude Film School website (latitudefilmschool.com) and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
Latitude Film School is operated by Aram Atkinson, based in the United Kingdom.
Account terms
To access certain features of our platform, including paid courses, you may need to create an account. When you create an account:
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Course access
When you purchase or enrol in a course on Latitude Film School:
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for your own educational purposes.
- Course access is granted to the individual account holder only. You must not share, distribute, or make course content available to others.
- You may not record, download (unless explicitly permitted), reproduce, or redistribute any course videos, materials, or resources.
- Free courses may be accessed by any registered user. Paid courses require a valid purchase.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time.
Live workshops are subject to availability and any additional terms communicated at the time of booking.
Payments and refunds
All payments for courses and workshops are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
- Prices are displayed in the currency determined by Paddle based on your location and include applicable taxes.
- Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf.
- You will receive a receipt from Paddle for any purchases made.
Refund policy:
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid courses. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- To request a refund, contact us at hello@latitudefootprint.com with your order details.
- Refunds for live workshops may be subject to different terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Intellectual property
All content on the Latitude Film School website and within our courses — including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, course materials, and software — is the intellectual property of Latitude Film School (Aram Atkinson) or its licensors.
- All content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and international treaties.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on our content without prior written permission.
- The Latitude Film School name and logo are trademarks of Aram Atkinson. You may not use them without written permission.

User conduct
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Share, resell, or redistribute course content or account access.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Latitude Film School staff.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from the platform.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Latitude Film School provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or courses.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time if:
- You breach these Terms of Service.
- You engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, the platform, or our business.
- We are required to do so by law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@latitudefootprint.com.
Upon termination, your right to access paid course content will cease. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our website.
